Looks like you've done a good job of tidying it up so far, im not keen on the badboy bonnet either. Can see why you only paid 50quid for it though!!

lol yea well the bonnet going to a half bad boy bonnet with louves i now starting to make the louves at work, also getting rid of the mcr front bumper for a normal xr2i bumper and the 17" are going because they are crap for the performance look good but there going in favour of 15's.

right been hard at it when i got in from work, decided i was going to fit my 4 point harnesses, but also i decided that the eye bolts for the clips on the harnesses looked very weak and unsafe so i made my own , is pic below tell me what you think of them.
my new xr2i 02042008064

once they were in, stripped all the old seat belts out front and back and then took the bottom of the back seat out, all the back seats and stereo will be going oce i can get my rear strut brace fitted to the car, which will be the weekend, anyway heres a few pics of the finished article

Chap, Im pretty sure those seat belt mounts will fail a MOT for being too weak. Also they will definitly fail on the one point between the seats. Each side needs a mounting point, I know this as I ve fitted 6 point harnesses and was told it by the MOT station

Im sure they are strong but imagine your body weight being propelled forward and it all been on the pressure point which will be the eyelet, its a far greater amount of force than a hammer and is it really worth the risk?
