bit wierd 2 sit in atm , as rear has bene lowered but front hasnt yet so wen ya sittin in there u feel the front is more up lol

update time...

popped into works today ( halfords) and got myself an IN CAR 7" WIDESCREEN CAR MONITOR

and then i popped next door and got a 350watt power invertor too




all under a cost of £100 too set me back around £87

screen is going to be mounted and screwed down in the center on the dash , i just velrowed it to the sun visors to test it out for a while , well , turned out to be sitting in car for two hours playing it lol but hey all good

started making the dash smooth today to mount my screen in

coming along nicelyman, cant wait too see the final product

once the dash is in with the screen it will look well good:)

been working on the car today

cleaned out the boot just got to do the rest of the interior lol , also took the xr2i kit off to investigate rust further , rear arches are quite rusted but i plan on replacing the rear quarter panel on the passenger side as there is a big hole at the bottom of it too , also needs new sills both sides inner and outer as far as i know , may be wrong , MOT runs out in two months time so will take it to them and see how much they can weld it up for or get some one else to do all the welding in advanced of the MOT test

Today i have also been sanding down the bottom of the doors with a P60 grit wet and dry sand paper using it wet , to remove all the silver paint that the previous owner decided to do with a rattle can so it matched the xr2i kit that was on there , when he could of just sprayed it the same colour as the car rather than respraying the kit silver when it was already silver ? all the bits he has sprayed it doesn't even look like he has keyed the surface for any of the paint to grip onto , never mind , all to be fixed , once all sanding is done and the surface is nice and smooth i will mask up the car and then will spray some decent primer on it either using rattle cans or a compressor and spray gun , how ever my compressor and gun is not good at all and half the time nothing wants to come through the gun itself lol! and once the primer has been applied the matching colour of the car will then be added on top of the prime coat.

once the cars on the road will then look at getting it booked in at a body shop having any bad arches cutting out and new ones welding in if needed , and a full respray , to make it totally mint.
